2022 Week 34 Birds, Flowers, and Bugs!

Yes, that's last weekend in Finland, MN....I just love snow and I'm lucky to have found 2 feet to play in!

The real reason for going up north was to backpack again after an entire year off the trail....

I did it! Just 7 miles but it's a start! We've only 86 more miles to go before finishing the entire 325 mile Superior Hiking Trail!

Yay, cortisone shots!

We've several new learning stations on our room...

On Monday we studied birds and then created these adorable Rockin' Robin's!

I had the day off on Wednesday to contact Mayo, hospice care, Meals on Wheels, and various Aging and Elder Agencies in La Crosse County. Both my mom and step dad are living with dementia and we're doing our best to keep them safe and comfortable in their home as long as we can.

It's a struggle but worth it!

On that day, Mrs Olson covered our science lesson about Earth's Water.
