This week is Read-Across-America Week!
I always begin this celebration of Dr.Seuss with some delicious "green eggs and ham!"
But first we had to wrap up
AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL
with these stately
Lady Liberties!
We are also celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday with some fun birthday party items at the dramatic play area.
Oh, I love my job!
I received this surprise gift this week!
Now I NEED to go to that bakery!
Each day this week we focused on a Dr. Seuss book.
There's a Wocket in my Pocket was a fun one with the cutie patootie wockets in kids' pockets!
We finally got to eat those Green Eggs and Ham little candy treats!
We are learning about OCCUPATIONS!
I just love their Hopes and Dreams!
Tuesday's centers included:
Rainbow Eggs and Ham!
The kiddos made their own to eat when they cooled...
This team finished early so they worked on bonuses on the floor waiting for their "eggs" to cool!
Ms. S's table was ways to make 10

My station was our Science for the week... parts work together. We created a working vehicle with skewers, cups, and cardboard!
We had a Thing 1 and Thing 2 Read the Room counting by 2s activity...
We sure had fun with our Dr Seuss books!
