So we did THIS last weekend...
a beautiful wedding at the Weisman Art Museum in Minneapolis! Lee, our 3rd kid, stood up for his friend Sam's wedding! It was a fantastic venue!
Plus they served BATTERFRIED CHEESE CURDS!
We also cohosted a baby shower for my beautiful daughter-in-law, Melissa! She and Graham flew in from Georgia for the wedding and shower! So nice to see them!

Back to work Monday brought many lovely learning opportunities!
It was Kk day so we had Kix and Kisses from this nice kid!
We wrapped up Pete the Cat with a labeling activity.
Ms. Karen calls the kids over for small group work.

The kiddos painted fall LEAVES for Ll day...

We started the day with LOLLIPOPS!
Our new morning challenges were:
Matching Pete's buttons to numerals and sign language...
Mrs. Sauers is helping the kids with matching uppercase to lowercase letters with ladybugs...
and (my fav!) abc order with LAKE SUPERIOR skipping stones!
This lovely gentleman brought Lollipops and Life Savers for letter Ll snack!
Tuesday's centers included:

and my painting leaves table!
Wednesday was Mm day!
We began with some independent data collection and graphing...M&Ms!!!
This Marvelous K Kid brought Marshmallow Mateys to share for letter Mm snack...
and of course there were mustaches!
oh, and MOOSE HATS!
Thank you, my son Leland and The Moose Jaw restaurant in Wisconsin Dells where he works as the kitchen manager!
For Math we sorted M&Ms by numeral!

We did not have centers on Thursday due to mid-quarter assessments which your child will bring home on Monday.
