Can you believe October is here?
Wowza!
Our leaf, owl, and homecoming week was a hoot!
Last Friday we painted the life cycle of an apple tree and reviewed the seasons:
Winter Spring Summer Fall
Monday was mustache and moose day!
What fun!
As always, photos are voluntary, and not everyone was comfortable having theirs taken.
What a silly day!
I look like my dad! Haha!
My son, Leland, is the kitchen manager at MooseJaw Pizza in Wisconsin Dells. He gives us these hats every year! If you're ever in the area, swing in and say 'hi!'!
On Tuesday we created these lovely leaves...
Thank you for the adorable family projects! They are looking great!

Meet Ms. Maria Berg! She is our new field experience student from WSU. She will be assisting us from 9:15 to 11:30 every Thursday. She is doing a great job!
We also read this hilarious book several times and then drew ourselves thinking how we'd look if we painted ourselves! Haha!
Thursday afternoon we put on a play! We acted out Good Night Owl and everyone had a part. It was well done!
Taking a bow... haha!
Here are our handprint owls!
These will be kept for a memory book that I will send home in May.
