Yep, before we begin this week's post I have to do some more Grandma bragging!
I flew to Atlanta last Friday to see my son and his lovely little family!
We walked and walked and walked practically everywhere...an average of 10 miles a day!
If you've ever experienced Atlanta traffic you know why!
Here are a few highlights!
I am lucky enough to visit them once a year!
We had another "will you be in our wedding? " celebration!
AMAZING!
My kid changed the skyline of Atlanta!!!
(with the help of his entire team of course! But this was his design!)
Yes, I did some "almost legal" graffiti painting! My phone did not work though... sorry for the blurry "evidence"
Read more about this adventure on my Instagram if you are interested!
<<<<MEANWHILE BACK IN MINNESOTA>>>>
Here's some photos of our fun and learning in the classroom this week!
(I was back in Minnesota on Monday)
I brought back a little Georgia treat for the kids to enjoy on Tuesday!
Yes!
We baked an actual loaf of bread in Kindergarten!!!!
Right in our classroom!!!
We used all the COVID friendly practices so even though the kids could not help measure, mix, stir this year, they still go to enjoy the delicious aroma and taste the yummy bread!!!!
Our para accidentally sent it home when I was gone on Friday.
We wrapped up our farm unit with many different versions of the Little Red Hen!
I am trying to get together a COVID friendly ABC COUNTDOWN to the end of the year beginning on Wednesday. Many of my traditional activities won't work this year so stay tuned for some end of the year ABC FUN!
