Wow! We've only 5 weeks left of Kindergarten!
I still have time to "polish" up my little gems before sending them off to summer break and then first grade!
This week we focused on 2D and 3D shapes, short u word families, singular/plural, magic E, May Day, and pets! Wow!
Thank you for all the cute pet photos! Our bulletin board is looking great!
Here's a few photos of our fun week:
Yes, she is a chicken. Yes she lived in the house all winter (she had a foot deformity that meant her demise unless we took her in)
She is mostly outside now as she has decided she likes some of the other chickens. However she still wants to come in to lay her egg in a basket that is above the piano. We are setting it outside hoping she'll get the hint!
Each student decorated a letter for the hallway as we march toward the end! Please see the tab for our daily fun...a few need help from home.
We celebrated with popcorn, (low sugar) juice, and a movie about....what else? Books!
What a wonderful messy day!
