Oh this was so much fun!
We had mitten writing! Yep, we wrote with our mittens on! What we learned is we can practice to get more skillful! And we've can laugh at our mistakes! Haha!
We read several different versions of
The Mitten and then we acted it out!
Those kids are such talented actors!
One last day with this wintery fun
and then we are off the to beach!
Thursday we created these cutie-patootie snowpeople! Last names are 2nd quarter skill and we are nailing it!
This photo doesn't really show them well, but wowza! The family project snowpeople are adorable!

Here is a photo I took a few years ago when I truly dropped my mitten while out hiking. On the trip back to the jeep, we found my mitten, and it looked as if other little creatures had checked it out, too! Just like the folktale!
