Well, we are pretending to be at the beach!

To celebrate Dr.Martin Luther King we read this great book actually written by preschool class!
This activity showed us that it's what's on the inside that matters.
We voted to open the shiny bag which had ....
Wait for it...
The plain bag had M&Ms! Which I eventually shared after we were able to process what we learned-"It's what's on the inside that matters! A good heart! A kind soul!"
We also made these cuties to go with The Land of Many Colors!

Of course we make as many learning experiences as possible so I added sight words to the beach ball!

Station 1:
