I zoomed down to Indianapolis to visit my daughter, Shae!
I got to spoil my 4 grandbabies ages 8-3.
I also took a detour to see my newest Granddaughter in Baraboo! I'm a lucky Grandma!

On Monday this Wonderful guy brought Whale crackers and Wheat Thins for our Ww snack!
We water colored our witches and sprayed them with water to wash them away!

The morning message gets lots of attention!
On Monday afternoon we made a moon by capturing black colored bubbles on a white paper circle for an upcoming bat project, stay tuned!
The kiddos created their own rhyme time bat...
This extremely creative guy brought xylophones for us to eat on Xx day!

This is my 26th year of making these cutie patooties with 5-6 year olds! One of my favorites!
The Spider Science table is a hit!

Thursday morning we had an illustrator, Kari Hartmann, visit with the whole school about her job as an illustrator!
The kids even had a guided drawing lesson with her!
This zany girl brought zebra cakes for our final alphabet snack and letter Zz!
At conferences you will have another chance to sign up for a letter of the week snack...just on Wednesdays though!
Until then, I will bring the snack on Wednesdays.
Our spider study included observing this spider carapace from a lovey tarantula named Rosey!
She no longer needed it as she changed and grew from the inside out! It's like taking off a too small jacket!
The kids were fascinated by this fragile item.
Thursday's centers included:

Spider beginning sound photos failed...sorry no pics but believe me it was fun!
