2020 Week 24 Dr.Seuss, Letter Dd, Teens

.Although Sorcha lives just down the hill in Winona, 
 it's a pretty big deal when she and her sweet boyfriend come home! 
We cooked lasagna and ate so many cookies
 plus had a craft afternoon making these beauties!

They helped make these for the k kids... 
(candied) green eggs and ham!

Last Friday we received our newest free book from my social media friends and family!  This was a nonfiction science book about animals and animal body parts 
(a science topic from last month)
 Thank you again!


Monday's new morning challenges included:
Dr.Seuss unscramble sentences...

Monday afternoon we created these 
adorable Cat in the Hats 
featuring our middle names!









The Read-Across-America hallway station is a hit!
Monday was STRIPES  day!

On Tuesday we had another celebration!
We finally get to eat the candy Green Eggs and Ham!   Mighty tasty!

At Tuesday's centers the kiddos got to make their own "green eggs and ham" 2 for us and then an extra one for Mrs. Pilger's class! What tasty fun!

We drew our own Dr. Seuss creatures for a lucky duck book coming home soon!





We also made a mash up of 2 creatures 
into one just like Dr. Seuss's 
elephantbird from Horton Hatches An Egg!

The Dollar General had some vehicles for our new station!
What fun (now to figure out how to disable the beeps and boops that they make!)


This Delightful girl brought Dd Doughnuts for our letter of the week snack!  
DDDDelicious!
