2023 Week 20 Beach Party!

First of all, can you believe we are 1/2 way done with kindergarten?

Hang on to your hats,  the rest of the year will go even faster!

Hey!!!

This doesn't look like a beach party!

We earned a sledding party last Friday and it was so much fun! I thought you might enjoy some photos.

These 2 kiddos are celebrating counting to 100! Way to go!

Here is our newest learning station... liquids!
Thanks to everyone who helped their kiddo find liquids for each letter of the alphabet.
Four kiddos this year had a liquid for all 26 letters!
Everyone received a special liquid treat to celebrate!

The kids each wrote a liquids on their raindrop to decorate our bulletin board.

On Monday we created these adorable octopuses!

We play lots of whole group games daily.  This one was to put our coconut tree in order counting by 5s to 100!

Well,  here's a fun fisher kid!
And 2 explorers...

2 more beach buddies...

We made these new lucky duck books this week...

And who doesn't just love handprint projects?!?
I love these crabs!

Wednesday's centers included these 5 learning stations:
1. Octopi Missing Number

2. Treasure Chest of Ending Sounds...

3.Parrot Words

4.Water and Bubbles
 Brain Break!!!!

5. Journaling about A House For Hermit Crab
(These kiddos finished and got to redo the coconut tree engineering challenge from last week)

Well,  here we are! All ready for the beach party!

Thank you to everyone who sent in fruit!  Fruit Kabobs were such a hit with the kids!

Some of the kids went back for 3rds!

Thursday was also shark day!
