2026 Week 17 New Years and Winter!

Welcome 2026!

Here's to a fabulous year!

We have some new fun learning stations available.

We learned about resolutions and wrote about our own.

Choice time is still one of the best times!

On Monday we made our own countdown New Year's ball!

On Reading Language Arts we learned about commas this week by making a gift list.
We read it first without commas..so fast and funny!
Then we added the commas and used the pause!

Ms.Mohs is our new student teacher and is off to a great start! We will co-teach for all but 10 days, when she will be in charge!  What fun to see future teachers growing and learning!

Wednesday's centers included the following stations:
Station 1
Counting by 2's Blizzard...

Station 2:
Snowflake Soup Brainbreak!

Station 3:
Happy New Year Sight Words...

Station 4:
Happy New Year numerals...

We also had a bonus Snowman Playdough Station in case the snowman soup was too cold for little hands!
Obviously it was NOT too cold as most played in the water!

On Thursday we mixed up a batch of Insta Snow to play with!

And the Snowflake Soup was still a hit!

We have a couple confetti balloons left at the New Year's sensory table.  The kiddos live playing cooperatively with them!

On Thursday we learned how to make 6 sided paper snowflakes! They are just beautiful and unique like your kiddos!

.
