2018 Week 26 short i word families, Transportation!

Last Friday, we were lucky to see the play,
Elephant and Piggie!  
It was put on by WSU students
 (one actor used to be my kindergartener back in the day!)

These lucky ducks won prizes at the Fitness Fever finale!

Monday's new morning challenges included:
Counting by 2s Dr. Seuss style...

On Monday we sorted vehicles into categories:
Land, Air, Water Vehicles

Choice time = Friendship time!

We designed and wrote about some amazing vehicle inventions this week.
We are working on our perfect penmanship for the hallway.
This includes:
a capital letter, finger spacing, using the lines, ending punctuation.  Wow!

Very nice job printing, k kids!
The kids won the abc game AGAIN even though we up the score by 5 each time!
It was a tie for the reward they chose so we are doing both!
Midnight brownies smell so so so good!
(I am a night owl, so I usually bake quite late)

 and popcorn party and a movie!

We watched some old school Dr. Seuss videos with Mrs. Pilger's kids to make it even more special!

On Friday's we're taking out our science boxes!
