Wonderful Wednesday Week 2...or "My Dad has lots of skeletons in his closet..."

And what a Wonderful Wednesday it was!!!

When we hear kids say those funny things, we just smile and ask for clarification..

me..."what kind of skeletons, Honey?"

kiddo (in earnest) ..."you know...REAL skeletons"

me (getting a little worried)..."oh?"

kiddo (excited)..."and all the other Halloween stuff, too!"

oh, man, I do love my job!

This week we began a mini Nursery Rhyme unit.

Mary's Little Lamb and a Twinkling Little Star made an appearance!

 We also read by Peter Reynolds....a great story to help us see 

that we can ALL be artists!
